What you are qualified to fly
There is no company fleet you get assigned to. You hold the ratings, you operate the types they cover, and you can hold as many as you are willing to pay for — a rating is bought once and held for life.

You start rated on the Airbus A320 and Airbus A321, free, which is enough to fly a full month at any base. Everything else is yours to add whenever you can afford it — and adding a type from a family you already hold costs nothing at all. New ratings take effect on your next roster; the sheet you are holding is locked.
One rating, one family
A rating covers its whole family. Hold the A320 and the A319, the neo, the A321 and the A321LR come with it — no extra charge, ever. A B737 is a different rating and a separate purchase.
Ratings are permanent
Bought once, held for life. There is no recurrency cost and no expiry — at least not in v1. Drop a type off your list and add it back years later and there is nothing to pay.
Your base decides what pays
A rating only earns on sectors your base actually flies. Cam Ranh reaches Seoul and Taipei, so a regional rating pays there — but nothing from Cam Ranh is long enough to need a widebody, and holding one buys you nothing until you transfer.
Fly what you own
Any add-on is fine — FBW, Fenix, ToLiss, PMDG, stock. The sim does not care and neither do we. Flying something not on the list? Name the designator and we will rate you on it.
